We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Most locations across India receive their orders in 3โ5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days. We use reputed courier partners and provide tracking details via SMS and email.
Every Silky Trends saree comes with a Certificate of Authenticity card. For silk sarees above โน10,000, we also attach a Silk Mark label issued by the Silk Mark Organisation of India. Our quality team inspects each piece before dispatch.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags intact. Exchange is accepted within 15 days. Defective products are replaced free of charge. Please contact us with photos before initiating a return.

Yes, COD is available for orders up to โน15,000 across most pin codes in India. For orders above this amount, we accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and net banking. COD orders typically take 1โ2 extra days for processing.
